Comments
Field observations today showed excellent stability throughout the tour. River crossing was straightforward with no concerns. Skin track up the south chute was well supported, followed by a traverse onto a north-facing chute.
No signs of instability observed (no cracking, whumpfing, or recent avalanches).
Mild temperatures at lower elevations with colder alpine temps preserved outstanding riding conditions. Overall, an incredible ski touring day with confidence-inspiring snow.
Highly recommended—go get it!
