Comments
Good field day in Silver Sands, trail is in decent shape. Cold but calm and snowing heavily all day, there’s 30-40 cm blower pow on top of the crust in sheltered areas below treeline that made for surprisingly good riding. Observed some shooting cracks and small pockets failing in the trees, but no avalanches observed, and no ability to look into the alpine due to low clouds.
