Comments
Encountered recent slab avalanches at crux of sled approach to Face area. Start zone in steep unsupported rocky terrain w/visible ice. Crown to 1-2m, estimated size 2. Smaller sympathetic releases on surrounding convexities. Approx 1500-1600m start zone. Turned around and went elsewhere.
