Did not climb due to spindrift coming down the climb and loading above the climb due to unforecasted wind speed and direction not shown in Windy or on Spotwx models in the alpine above climb beforehand.

Waiparous creek road was easy to drive in a stock 4wd truck. The hike was pretty straight forward snow walking with a bit of a boot pack most of the way.
