Comments
+1 and raining at the car, but nice winter conditions above 1800m. We found 10cm of fresh snow on top of a hard, single boot, supportive crust. In the trees the crust was not present and the skiing was good. We saw (and heard) a large avalanche coming out of extreme NE facing terrain off the summit. It ran 4 times progressively getting bigger over 5 minutes.
