Couple of laps in the boulder field. 15-25 ontop of crust to around 2000m where it was less obvious. Ski crampons would have helped. Close to treeline where crust less prevalent skiing was fantastic but still very good lower down.
Some blowing snow on higher summits amd some small new slabs less than sz1 seen on the way back. Stuff 5kms either side of icefields centre looked really good. Even Parkers.
Bring rubber boots for the crossing.
