Comments
Saturday had fun conditions on Eastpoint. Hard crust between 1300 and 1700 made steep slopes easy to bootpack and hard to skin. Up in the bowls, the sheltered terrain held fantastic 15-25cm of very dry cold snow. There were some buried frozen pin wheels and avy debris from the last warm cycle in parts. Snow completely unconsolidated generating a few large sluffs in steep parts.
