Comments
Trip to Gin Peak. Snow conditions were pretty poor but not awful. The north face of Gin down to Rainbow Lake was hard and heavy. The snow around Hanging lake was wet and heavy. We didn't see any signs of instability.
Most of the creeks in the forest on the approach are now open with a few still having a very thin bridge of snow. Coverage very thin lower down.
