Comments
Encountered a ~30 crown line and significant wind slab at the bottom of Matier NW face. Dug a hasty pit and got sudden planar release at CTM15. Did not do an ECT. We decided not to climb / ski Matier. Slalok was a bit more sheltered but there was a windslab in the main gully. No signs of instability there.
