Comments
Went to Barkerville today to see what yesterday’s warm temps did. We found a few small loose wet avalanches size 1-1.5. The warm temps left wet snow to 1700m and a crust up to ridge tops. Our pit we found the late March crust has bonded well and is now 50-70 cm down and got no results on our tests. Had the full season of weather today as it went from rain to snow squall, from cloudy to sunny. With the the warm weather the snowpack is really starting to shift to spring.
