Comments
Feels like the first day of spring in Haines Pass. After a week of poor weather, we we're rewarded on the last day with beautiful sunshine and temperatures hovering around freezing. We rode the Nadahanni Loop with some skiing in between to gain observations on all aspects. Overall riding conditions are quite good! North aspects hold 5-15cm of soft snow, and solar's offering some delightful corn.
Great day out there. As we gradually progress to spring we're starting to shift our terrain mindset; giving cornices wide berths, and being mindful of the temperatures/warming throughout the day.
