Comments

Full reset in the mountains. Excellent riding and skiing.

40-60cm of new storm snow sits over the rain crust found at 2200m.

20-30cm denser wind affected snow sits on another 20-30cms of less dense snow, on top of a rain crust. Crust is barely breakable with a sled at 1800m, but easily breakable at 2200m.

Evidence of natural avalanches in the last 24 hours on unsupported slopes. No shooting cracks, whumphing, or other signs of instability, but we played it safe all the same.
