Obscured visibility kept us in the trees, which happens to be where all the snow is!

Last night we had 10 new centimeters, with steady snow throughout the day.

We saw no signs of instability in simple low angle terrain. No results were found in our snow pit at 1050 meters on a SE aspect.

We kept our day conservative avoiding overhead hazard and terrain traps. We found up to 70 cm of light snow in sheltered areas.
