Comments
Snow levels were 220cm at 1450m SW aspect, no signs of instability on the sentinel, but there was a slab slide on the NW of the big knuckle.
There was a crust layer (1.5 cm) on top of 30cm of moist powder snow, that broke easily but trapped you under it after.. would’ve been a better day for a walk.
Started to snow lightly around 12:00 and was snowing heavily by around 14:00
Had about 5cm of accumulation.
