Comments
Triggered/reported by party of 3 ski touring in backcountry near Panorama. Group was spaced out skinning across steep shale slope. Second person across toe triggered slope, deployed airbag and was carried ~40m to bench below. Partial burial with head and one hand exposed. Lost both polls, skis did not release. No injuries, and the group was able to skin back to the ski area without outside assistance. Suspect PS on Mid Nov MFcr in thin wind scoured area.
