Another skier remote on the Jan 26th. Triggered from approximately 10m away from a mellow bench above a steeper convex feature. All open meadows have been whumpfing for days but we haven't seen much activity. Lots of slopes still seem primed for persistent slab failures in our below treeline zones though, as not much has slid naturally.
NE aspect at 1660m, 40cm crown failing on the crust in a well protected gladed hoar farm.
