Trip Summary
Skied 5 mile and Keututl today. Variable wind transported snow depths above the ice crust. 5 mile made for reasonably good skiing while avoiding the wind scoured areas. Keututl was more warmth and sun affected leading to grabby snow. Breaking trail in the soft snow over the crust on steep slopes was not great. Ski crampons a must.
