Snow depth varied between 180cm and 230cm at 1900m (variation due to wind loading).
No signs of slab avalanche throughout our 20km journey sled ride or throughout the day, despite many point releases on sunny faces.
We did an extended column test on the North west facing slope we skied. (ECTN22,30 dn 35cms on MFcr). There was a supportive crust between 30 and 35 cm down. We didn't encounter wind slab on our north west facing slope in the (upper) treeline at 1900m.
10 to 15 cm of new snow made for awesome, fast skiing.
