Went for a look around top of SE Hills, opposite side from the knob. Didn't ski, just toured. Could ski in spots if you really wanted too, open glades had enough. Low tide though, lots of rock and deadfall still exposed. Same in the woods made for moderate travel, lots of zig zag around deadfall and some wet spots. Still has a base though. Pockets of snow were mostly wind impacted styrofoam, dust on crust, etc. Beautiful day for a tour and look around, but conditions not quite there yet (imo).
