  • 30cm + of new snow, or significant drifting, or rain in the last 48 hours.
Electric avalanche conditions in North East Kalum yesterday. We triggered the 50cm thick storm slab in the pic remotely from below. We found similar reactive slabs easily triggered on a variety of aspects around treeline and avoided any bigger slopes steep enough to slide. Great riding and good travel for deep snow.
