Comments
went up the valley and passed through the avalanche fan around 10am. no signs of avalanche activity, whoomping, or cracking. all members of our party felt confident in the snow condition. came back over our same tracks around 1245pm and noticed the large slide path. there were tracks through the path already, and no signs of additional snow fall, so we took photos and traversed through. appeared to have popped high in the chute, the snowfall did not pass the stream at the bottom of the pass.
