Comments
Beauty morning with the storm coming in fast around 2pm, bringing strong winds from the west.
Had our eyes on a line, however approaching alpine the snow became punchy and felt upside-down. Top 40-50cm on an unsupported feature broke off over a faceted base and the entrance looked loaded.
Group decision to stay alive and ski another day so we rode tight a$$ Christmas trees and played the game of who hits the first tree with their plank(s).
Ran it out in tall timber and overall had a blast!
