My observations are ready to be submitted, but the submit button is disabled. What can I do?

That is a known issue, and it has been fixed for few users. Some users are experiencing that issue. Until we come with a proper fix, you can clear the cache of the application by following these steps:

  1. From the main map screen, open the left menu
  2. At the bottom of the left menu: tap "Help and comments"
  3. Tap 10 times on the version number: an indicator will appear to know when to stop tapping
  4. Tap "Clear cache"
  5. Restart the AvCan app
  6. That resets everything, including the "Terms of Conditions" that you will have to accept them again.
  7. Create a new report and submit it.
I always see a "No internet connection, tap for more information." orange bar?

This issue has been fixed

There is currently an issue for iOS users, an orange bar stating "No internet connection, tap for more information." at the bottom of every screen even if you know that you are connected. We have worked on that issue, so it will not happen, but it still does from time to time. The best thing to do is to completely close the app and start it. Make sure we are still working on the old standing issue and hope to release a fix soon.

I posted my observations to the MIN yesterday and today I can't. I keep getting an error "401 - Unauthorized". Why?
