Trigger: Ma (Video of a person climbing)
Dimension: 300m wide; ran for 300m; average slab depth of 100cm.

Starting Zone: Location: Alpine at approx. 2000m.
Character: S; 50 degrees; ~; Steep Slope.

Totally awesome video! It looks like the guy that triggered it made out alive and on top without loss of machine. That's one daring stunt ride - over a cliff in an avalanche. Guess he's glad he lived to talk about it. It's neat seeing those other machines scurrying away like ants as the avy front approaches. A step down avy too! The other interesting thing is how the video captured the speed of propagation. The fracture started well off to the right and a camera flash later the left side went. Sweet serendipity that you got it!

Glad these people survived. Awesome video of this event. This actually took place in BC not Alberta.
