I just arrived in Dawson Creek and will be here for a year. I had a nice touring season so far around Pemberton-Whislter-Squamish for the last few months. I'm looking for partners with whom I will be able to go out for a day or two on weekends (overnighters or day trips)

Re: any ski touring around Tumbler Ridge ?

Hi Rabbit8, unfortunately not. I am an avid backcountry skier moving from Revelstoke to Tumbler Ridge for the coming few months and I would like to know more about the ski touring opportunities around there. I read the report about Holzworth meadows and I have been there before during the summer. I only have a 2WD car but I am keen to do overnighters and skin in up to 15km if needed to reach the terrain.

It would definitely be great to find partners to go with as well...

Thanks
