Comment: 30cm HST in the past 4 days combined with mod NW winds and warm temps have created pockets of SSL on ridge crests. Sledder climbed the slope using a ridge feature that wasn't loaded. Turned around and dropped in on a small steep convex feature, a 10m x 30m x 30cm slide resulted. The sledder then climbed up the through the main feature and got slightly bucked off his line, loset speed and trigger the whole mini bowl. The sledder jumped off his sled dug into the bed surface, just as the main avalanche past him a band of hangfire came at him. He quickly starting speed climbing dodging chunks of debris. He remain on the bed surface. The sled when 50m down hill but also remain on the surface. . This avalanche is indicative of other avalanches.
